Live Weather Data Service
The Live Weather Data service allows access to the weather information from multiple I K Caldwell AGnVET weather stations, located in Ardmona, Bunbartha, Cobram, Corowa, Grahamvale, Invergordon, Rutherglen and Shepparton East. The data can be accessed on your smart phone, tablet, iPad or computer.
Access to weather data including:
- rainfall
- temperature
- relative humidity
- wind speed and wind direction
- solar radiation (sunlight intensity)
- evapotranspiration (ET) figures
Frost Warning Service
By monitoring temperature from the I K Caldwell AGnVET weather stations, or from a sensor supplied and installed on your property by I K Caldwell AGnVET, an SMS message is sent when your nominated temperature threshold is reached. This service is not a primary warning system – it is designed to be a secondary back up alert only when the temperature reaches a level that may lead to a frost.
Growers who subscribe to this service can choose one of two options.
- Alarm Only Service – this option allows you to receive an SMS message when your nominated temperature threshold is reached.
- Full Service – this option allows you to receive an SMS message when your nominated temperature threshold is reached and also allows access to the graphs showing temperature and dew point from your chosen station. The data can be accessed on your smart phone, tablet, iPad or computer.
Black Spot Warning Service
By monitoring temperature, relative humidity and leaf wetness duration, from the I K Caldwell AGnVET weather stations, the risk of infection, severity and ascospore maturity can be calculated. Growers who subscribe to this service will be sent an SMS message when an infection period occurs.
Chill Unit Service
The Chill Unit service allows access to chill calculations from our weather stations. The data can be accessed on your smart phone, tablet, iPad or computer. As well as current chill unit levels, you can also get access to historical data. You can view the Richardson Chill Units graphs, the Hours Below 7 degrees graphs or the Chill Portions graphs.
Data Hosting Service
The I K Caldwell AGnVET weatherPlus data hosting service allows users of Adcon telemetry products to view the collected data, without having to install their own gateway receiver or software. I K Caldwell AGnVET can supply and install the Adcon telemetry system, which can connect to many sensors including soil moisture probes, weather sensors and environmental sensors. To access your data, all that is needed is an internet connection and a web browser. From there you can have complete access to your data on your smart phone, tablet, iPad or computer.
